I went to this agency for a simple card replacement (CODE 30). Instead, the manager issued a different paid card (GO) without my consent and charged me 93 dh. My original card is still active, meaning I now have two cards on the same account without requesting it. This is not acceptable and shows a lack of transparency. I strongly advise clients to double-check what is being created in their name.

If I could give zero or even a negative rating, I would. This is by far the worst banking experience I've ever had. The teller and the manager are incredibly indifferent and arrogant. The manager, in particular, is haughty and completely uninterested in customers. On top of that, there's an unbearable sewer smell in the branch, which makes the visit even more unpleasant. 👉 I strongly advise against this CIH Dar Salam Marrakech branch. The only positive point: the security guard, who is always polite and professional. Since I switched banks, I feel like a new person!

The manager was rude and treated me like I was her personal bank. I went in to open a self-employment account, and she coldly told me she didn't have the password to access the self-employment platform. She told me to go to another bank, then took her phone and looked at it disrespectfully while I waited. I endured the stench in the branch, but I couldn't tolerate her behavior. And to the person responsible for responding to comments on this page, I don't expect you to tell me to call this number at the branch. We hate it and regret the day we opened an account.
