The security staff repeatedly displayed a particularly condescending attitude, attempting to impose their assistance for an automatic payment despite the perfectly clear procedure. When I refused, the agent adopted a haughty demeanor and stopped answering my questions regarding the advisors' availability. This type of behavior can occur daily, simply because the agent wants to obtain a ticket on the way out. (September/October 2025) As for the other advisors, they generally remain quite calm, but I would like to highlight the presence of a highly professional manager, Mr. Nacer, whose exemplary conduct deserves recognition.

Bad bank agency, I was trying to deposit money in the ATM, but I was surprised that the guard told me that the agency was closed, knowing that the application told me that the agency allows depositing money in the ATM 21 hours a day

I went in today to make a withdrawal and to have an issue accessing my CIH online account. Even though it wasn't my usual branch, the staff were very helpful and resolved my problem. I don't understand the negative reviews... the person even used their personal phone to contact the relevant department. I thank them immensely.
