The worst service you can imagine,apparently if you want to ask about something that your not familiar with you are treated like a nobody you get insulted and you got to called (mkelekh)by clients charge mr “jamal atmane” This is so unprofessional Cih you hire the worst people you can or what?
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this agency. I waited almost an hour for a simple problem connecting to the mobile app. At 11:00 AM, I was finally told that there was no manager available to help me and that I would have to come back tomorrow. This is unacceptable, especially when I have work commitments. I'm traveling tomorrow and I'm now stuck without access to my accounts. A complete lack of professionalism and organization.

The employees are all over the place, no interaction whatsoever with customers, especially one guy who's so tall. I went back and forth to him five times, and each time he had some kind of plan. They're all managers, there isn't a single bank manager who can help me get a card. The administration is a complete failure. Honestly, it's like a Saturday market in Oulad Nemma. May God help you with this bunch of crooks. I absolutely do not recommend them. A bank without employees.
