Wells Fargo Bank 500 North Circle Drive Southeast Colorado Springs

By far the worst Wells Fargo in town. Spent 30 minutes in line just to make a withdrawal. Nice tellers are the only reason for 2 stars. I feel bad that they have to work in such an environment.

Really disappointed in the ineptitude of the tellers and the managers who cover for them. I went in with a check from another bank, to cash it. The teller had me sign it, scanned it through the machine so it got stamped several times, and then actually looked at the check and realized it wasn't a Wells Fargo check. I mean why even give my ID if they're not going to look at the items handed to them? Is that Wells Fargo policy to just blindly do things and not pay attention? The manager then pretended she was blind as well, I had to literally point to things on the check, hold it up in front of her, for her to comprehend. Yikes, I see I'm not the only one who's dealt with incompetent staff here, from the reviews!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BANK HERE!!! I CANNOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! I HAVE NOW LOST A CLIENT Due to shenanigans management played over me not being able to cash a check for the second time here. I came in with the exact same forms of identification as I did the first time only

This branch manager and there employees will give out your personal and financial information to non-approved third party's. Do not trust this institution with your personal or financial details. This is the third time I've had to post this review because they keep taking it down. This is being filed with the IG office
