Wells Fargo Bank 410 South Cascade Avenue Downtown

Over the years and as a " long term, multiple account holder.. and with my multi state travel schedule......I've had numerous interactions with WF office staff. It has always been good but in the last few months. especially in Colorado Springs they have been VERY GOOD. My latest interaction was at the this South Cascade branch with JESUS CUBA. He was engaging, friendly and fast to answer my questions. It is with YOUR FRONT LINE EMPLOYEES such as JESUS and that keep me as a customer! kmm

I just want to take a moment to express my profound gratitude to the employees at this bank. Jeff was the main person we dealt with, and he was so patient and kind and incredibly helpful in helping us with a delicate and stressful matter. We are forever grateful to him and all the time he spent helping us. He is a great person. Dana and Elora were so kind to our kids and made them smile and feel comfortable, and everyone was truly warm and welcoming. When I heard the tellers speak to customers, you could truly tell that they loved their jobs and are very good with people. Thank you to Jeff and the staff, we are so appreciative!

Jesse and Ed were great! I came to this wells fargo after having a bad experience at another while trying to cash my check. This one took me in, treated me like family and made sure we were taken care of while cashing the full amount of my check with no issues.
