I first had the pleasure of meeting Dan a few years ago when I had to assume management of my mom´s finacial matters due to her reduced mobility. Since then my appreciaion for Dan´s knowledge, professionalism & utmost efficiency has grown with every interaction I´ve enjoyed with him. He´s so trustworthy and client-oriented that I´ve consolidated another of mom´s accounts from a local Credit Union who handled her CD deposits pretty badly (like automatic rollovers to a 1% Chump-Change interest rate. Dan However knows our preferences and rolls-over her balance to the best possible rates automatically. Had the pleasure of speaking with Daniel Da Camara Canto over the phone earlier today about setting up a business checking account. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the process and required documentation. I went in a couple hours after our call and was in and out of the branch in less than 15 minutes and finished up the rest of the application at home. Shortly after I’d finished, Dan called to let me know he saw the account had been approved and helped expedite the shipping of my business debit card which I really appreciated!

I got a home mortgage with us bank. I was encouraged to also get a line of credit. I didn't need it and I never used it, however when I paid my loan off and wanted to close the line of credit they made me pay $500. to close the account. What a Deceitful practice of doing business. I have shared my story with every person I encounter looking for any type of banking. Update!, And no they did nothing to resolve this. Zero star, for hiding items in small details of a loan.

The Manager "Ronnie" of this location is a joke! I've had multiple appointments scheduled with him in which he's never there for. I've also heard him be disrespectful to custom as well as his staff. He really don't need to be in this position any longer. Literally making the bank look bad. I will no longer be a customer of US Bank you can thank him for losing out on multiple business accounts. You would think with all these complaints on this Guy you would have cut ties a long time ago. All it really shows is you don't care for you company as a whole and are just trying to keep it Afloat "wonder why"

Haha What a joke. I have a check drawn from Union Bank. I went to cash it. Mind you its drawn from their bank and she says its a 7 dollar charge to cash a check because I dont have an account.. Just for this reason alone I will never bank here and wouldn't even think about banking here. Will never sent or reccomend anyone either. Ridiculous!

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a US bank before with Tony. I don’t know what his problem is or why he thinks he can talk over people arrogantly when they’re trying to explain an issue, but he needs to be checked. Branch manager was able to identify my issue in less than five mins when all Tony wanted to do was argue with me?? So confusing, truly. Maybe hes sad cuz he has a receding hairline, who knows.
