Only one teller available to deal with huge number of people after eid. All other staff were doing nothing.

Lack of facilities need alot of improvement
G13 branch is ok
United Bank of Pakistan (LTD) ~ UBL available in the local vicinity of G-13/1 near Bakemans Bakery located on the back side of plaza. Automated Teller Machine (ATM) is available outside and operational 24/7 basis. The bank is online and you can send receive money through online transactions. You may face Long queues and wait time incase of rush days like 1st week of the month especially for utility bills payment, pension payments, school fee payments, demand drafts and pay orders etc. They offer services like Transaction accounts, Current accounts, Savings accounts, Debit cards, ATM cards, Credit cards, account statements, hajj applications etc.The bank has a Huge parking lot in the front and back side of the bank on sharing basis with other plaza shops so no problem with parking of cars / motorcycles. You can open a bank account or locker here. Overall the customer service can be improved further!!
