The bank looks very modern from the inside. There are sufficient seats in the waiting area, and all the documents that customers could require are provided on a shelf with pens available to fill them out. It even has several meeting rooms right opposite the teller stations. This is one of the few banks that stay open until 6 PM Mondays through Fridays.
UBL is very bad bank I have ever seen in pakistan، their staff are unprofessional.
They have ok customer service.the one thing that they need to improve is the efficiency of their managers and some of the staff.
I have lost 12 k in their ATM. and put complain in office but they didn't even tell me what happened to my complaint . Non professional Behavior.
One the best Bank out there. Brand new newly constructed . Good architect
