Unprofessional staff and no cooperation at all
The worst UBL Branch. Shouldn't even be called the signature branch. Highly unprofessional staff. They don't even care about what you need just try to keep selling you different useless saving plans in which your money get locked.
280116- I've used banking services all over the world, but UBL F-7 branch is certainly a cut above the rest. A pleasant combination of old-school care and empathy with modern products and services. The manager took the time to personally visit me. I'm very grateful.
