Matter of fact, this is the older building with excellent cooperate and business environment.
Very professional and friendly service, Young lady (Kiran Ali) who helped me with my problem was very polite and helpfull. She went over and beyond what i was expecting from a bank in Pakistan. Really impressed. Bravo UBL
Unprofessional attitude of tellers. Good otherwise. Second visit today. The lady teller refused to staple my documents together sayin "yeh mera kaam nahi." ???
