It's one of the big bank of Pakistan owned by UAE royal family. Service is good, staff is cooperative. Neat and clean. Financial health is also good. One can do business of deposit money and borrow from it in different categories ranging from consumer to corporate. Leading bank in Credit Card Business.
The worse service. Irresponsible staff. I went for opening payroll account . I have filled foam twice but after 12days no respond even helpline operator says your information is not available and branch guys are not attending calls. Even State Bank is way more better :(
The building has a lot of history attached to it. Maybe for the wrong reasons. The Bank needs to make heavy investment on the interior if the Bank Alfalah Head office. Currently the bank has made a heavy investment on 4th floor for Digital Banking Group. The whole floor has been built from scratch and presents an admirable look. However, the rest of the building is in serious need of repairs.

Used to be good bank but services now are not that good. One of my friend had worst experience, he said that their customer support team is the worst. They cannot accommodate one person who has been calling in over and over again to get a case forwarded since the past 6 weeks. Whenever he calls a new rep takes his info from the scratch and promises to escalate the case on priority basis. While this is a rubbish standard sentence that you probably say to every customer to calm them down.
