To be honest I don't know what should I say about this Branch worst service ever I seen, I never experience before this type of service I went to there at 9:15am but unfortunately they're open 9:30, once open the Branch I am the first person took the token, but again unfortunately I waiting more than 30 minutes, bcuz they'll give purity for Saudi customer's once I asked them what's going on, literally just premium customer, ??

I have requested from the teller named Fahad to have 4 transactions of deposit in the same account. I requested this way because the money is from different branches. So I need a different receipts. But Fahad refused and said he will only make 1 while giving me an angry face. Other branches are accepting this way of depositing. Only this branch has a bad way of serving their customers. I am disappointed by their service. Bad customer service. I will never come back to this branch anymore.

Not recommended. Unprofessional. Service very slow and bad. I was there earlier this morning. 10 customers 1 employee. You do the waiting math

bad customer service... and you will spend all your day waiting for your turn and in the end they will tall you to go online..

The branch needs to rework on their customer focus as they never mind responding to waiting customers even though there are 8 token numbers waiting.
