I was visited thier last year 2021 the old man guard treated rudely alhamdullilah its like he own as the CEO of this company..w/o any manners to clients alhamdullilah second visit November 2022 first week its same attitude i was inside applying for approval on my atm and i was printed it outside machine i was nicely ask to change the mobile number possible cuz my old mobile was home he said no go your home take ur mobile simple Gods glory i want to punch him yet Gods glory i am praying that this man will change ..we are accountable all things we’ve done when we face judgement in heaven he should change though..
I went to 3 branches today and none of them were able to print an atm card for me.
Don't waste your time They will keep you waiting for Hrs and might ask you to leave coz priority for Companies, they Don't care about individuals.
Felt like stone age!!.. like what are you doing there... is it a bank or a waiting center
