Pathetic customer support. The Lady name "Ubaida" is extremely unprofessional and rude. She know nothing about account opening and just busy in phone. She did not provide the relevant information and calls many time and she did not respond later and seems very unprofessional. Not recommended to anyone!

Though banking service is comparatively better but their SOP is not very different to other Banks. There are very rigid things needed to be change ! If someone is not in the country and has stuck with his/her Credit card issue , or debit care then they are lost ! Calls are dropped , email are not responded & staff more seems a robotic working style.

Quality of customer services of Standard Chartered has gone down massively. Just pray you never have to deal with bank over the phone or directly with branch. My advice... find another Bank.

A lady Attended me. She was really professional. Infact their employer present them very vigorous at Front of their customer's.

Still have account opening problems after a month in this branch. Staff is not trained properly. Haven't received debit card as of yet. Called helpline and they also couldn't solve the issue. Very disappointing experience...
