One doesn’t get signals in the building and everything works online. Even their own office signals are weak. And yes by every thing, it means even all the bank updates or changes or details, are made via app there. Rest the customer service is friendly.

Incredible experience speedy service. Took only 5 minutes to cash out my Pounds sterling. I had to wait 1 hour at F-11 branch every time i visit. NEVER going back. This one is the best.

Quality of customer services of Standard Chartered has gone down massively. Just pray you never have to deal with bank over the phone or directly with branch. My advice... find another Bank.

I NEVER give adverse comments to any site - even when I do not like any thing. But I feel compelled to express my regret to observe (over the last almost 20 years) the standard of service of this fine Bank fall from the finest in Pakistan, to about the l lowest. It appears to be well plagued by our typical virus that has destroyed countless other institutions. The saddest factor is that perhaps no one in the Bank - any where, and at any level - is concerned or taking notice.

Whichever branch or phone number you call, this bank never picks up telephone call. Even to get a minor information, you will have to travel to the bank. What a pathetic service & standard of this so called standard international bank.
