The Mall Lahore branch (0055) is the best Standard Chartered branch I have ever been to. Extremely courteous, professional and helpful staff starting from security personnel to the officers. I needed bank statement and had to get cash deposited. The staff welcomed me, guided me and the job was done very swiftly. It was a very good experience.
Best Bank, Very co-operative managers, Good services, with ATM and CDM (Cash Deposit Machine).
I always feel relax when I go to this bank because the way of service they provide to customer is better than others. Its parking is not so large .
Pathetic service. Its been 2 hours waiting just to cover 23 numbers before my token. No one bothers about value of your time. Even manager didn't care at all about customers problems.
Too much poor service. They guided me wrongly thats why I deposit my fee on wrong side. Very shameful
