Too much rush . A very bad environment only one counter was working and a long row of customers especially students were standing to submit their challan. And all the other staff was gossiping and laughing and only one person was handling all the customers. People were tired of standing. I could hardly submit a challan after standing 3 hours.

It is the semi govt. Commercial bank and it is the zonal office located at mall road now known as shara Quaid azam road and they are known as good bakers and also facilitate a lot with their customers all the the Govt. Taxes are collected here throughout the year

This branch is beast branch of NBP, there is good parking area for cars anf and bikes as well, the staff working in professional and skilled manner, no log wait or que for your transactions as happens in other branch of NBP, So if you are looking for better banking services, you should visit this main branch, hope you agee with me..

Main head office at Lahore Branch code is 0300 located at Mall road Lahore. Here is parking is free and all staff cooperative and well wisher.

It was a bad experience Today I went there to get the bank scroll which was requested by the passport office people ... The bank employee said come tomorrow I am busy today ... and why did you submit it here and submit it any other bank.
