Non technical staff, rude behaviour, mostly all staff not interested in work. I try to get last payment certificate in pension case,But they said clearly, That they were not issue certificate. After four to five attempts get certificate. But really very bad experience. On My last visit one female pensioner was crying there, and request the bank staff to clear her pension case ,please clear my biometric procedure. My national Bank main market experience very very very ....... bad ?
