Customer service are very slow . manager is busy talking on the phone ,as if she is working in call center , and each customer service staff are sitting with one customer for over 30mins . Just to open bank account it took me over 1hours . I regret visiting this branch .

I visited the branch two times, it was bad experience for both of visits.. Worst customer service every.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with SIB. If you just need a teller it may work normal, but if you need customer service and you are not Emirati you should go somewhere else. We tried to open a savings account for my wife and just left after waisting one hour. First the token system was mixed up and after we finally talked to Mr. Baha from customer service, we could not get through the process ,because he was occupied with printing something else for his colleague who interrupted several times to use Mr. Baha's terminal without even greeting or looking at us. After one hour we just stopped everything: This is not a business relation, I want to start or maintain. It all felt like they don't even want us as customers. I am with SIB for several years now and I am starting to rethink my relationship with SIB now.

The staff are not professional. Super slow service and they don't know half of the information correctly.

Little Slow service, especially Tallers are provided very slow service.
