Hi. I open an account 10 days ago, submitted all the required documents. And the teller told me to wait until the account activation and the card will be delivered to my address. But until now i didn’t receive the card and even i sent email multiple times to dib customer service but no one reply.

To Whom It May Concern, This is absolutely unacceptable. I transferred AED 6,000 to my account on October 2, and until now, it’s nowhere to be found. Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my five years in Dubai. Nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back, and when I visit the branch, your employees claim they “aren’t from that department.” This is not just incompetence - it’s dishonesty and neglect. I’m being charged late payment fees and bombarded with reminders for a credit card installment that I cannot pay because you have failed to process my transfer. Meanwhile, not one person from your team has taken responsibility or offered a single solution. I have every right to believe that your employees are lying and mishandling customers’ money, and I will not tolerate this any longer. If this issue is not resolved immediately — today, and I do not receive a call back with a full explanation and proof of my transfer, I will be filing a formal complaint with
