Visited the branch on December 4th to open an account. It took 45 minutes to get to a customer service representative. When I finally got to the representative, he told me that he was the only one assisting customers and if I was not happy I should speak to the manager, no apology, no ownership. Overall, very disappointed in the level of service.
I would never believe if someone says Enbd ajman is good. The receptionist doesn’t even know how to talk. The managers are rude as hell. Illetrate i would say. I had to submit my salary certificate and it took them 2 months just to update my documents in their system. Very frustrating. It was a worst decision to bank with Enbd ajman

Very good service. The lady who gave me my bank statement was active and super fast. My service was done within seconds.
Very poor service by the customer representative. If you go for any account related work, please dont go there as they will take almost your whole day to attend. They simply in the relaxing mode and not worried about the customer who waiting since long. Yes, teller counters are very good and fast action.
