Waited 40 minutes for service. 6 people waiting. Branch manager did nothing. 1 person working the customer service issues. Very slow to process items. 1 person was seen in that 40 minutes. Went to another branch. Worst experience ever at an SNB.
Bad experience the are not professional
No customer service at all. Not helpful to Non Arabic Speakers. and most of them have bad attitude
It doesn't get any more inefficient than this. The employees are slow and very inefficient.
Platinum customers waiting place shocked! They put me in a place in the corner with a desk, one swivel chair, a printer, and a monitor ? (in the pictures) I think it's a security place ? The funny thing is that regular customers have a waiting room "designated for them" ? The stops are few and far between, and the last thing I did was I stood in a remote area next to the bank and walked to it.
