Alinma Bank Anas Ibn Malik Road Alyasmin Riyadh

Today i visited this Branch for update my account information...bt, this security guy said its not a alinma branch, then i checked there google location. The Google map result was it. I am shocked... Once Again i asked this guy... How i can update my information. He said "he don’t know.. And this guy behaviour was to rude... No manner... Alinma bank how to approved this guy without his qualifications

The only inmaa branch for miles and the deposit atm machine is ALWAYS broken. It's a bad feeling when you drive for miles to deposit which is a simple service only to see error messages. And there were two machines both are broken

Slow service. My request was not solved on spot as the system did not update my info which was from the bank side. The staff (السبتي) was polite and helpful, where he contacted me to inform me that it has been solved and ready to be used. On the other hand, their travel card that I wasted 75 SR on is only supported with 5 currencies only and SR is one of them. Whereas, SAIB travel card has tens of currencies. It was waste of money buying it. Their phone banking service was great. Bottom line, not bad.

Very very bad experience This Bank staff think just only Saudi national are human other All nationality are insects All the people are in line before 9:30 bank opening time but they are still waiting in line and Saudi national are coming they respect and get Allow to go inside without any token no need anything very bad thing Service every day waiting in line and then they said come tomorrow and my problem is just updated ID expiry because after renewal Iqama need to update account ????? Appreciate your Nepotism

Very rude security guard.. not approachable, and he is shouting.. i will not come back in this branch because of this security guard..
