Very pleased staff, going to so many banks in Riyadh, but the customer service in the bank was very good for me. Well done the customer service staff's of Alinma Bank.
I went to deposit an amount, but unfortunately there is no deposit. The self-service machine has several services, but the screen is yours on it, and it does not respond when pressed. The place is clean and glassy, but I went at 5 pm and the sun was shining on me. They had to put up curtains I went for a cash deposit, but unfortunately there wasn't any. Self service Kiosk has many services and features but the screen is really bad. The place is nice and clean, but it is glass; I went around 5:00 pm and the sun was hitting my face very bad.
There is no exchange through which funds can be deposited. Loss of the trip
The branch is bad..as if the bank's management has no interest in it.
The branch is very cooperative, especially the security staff is respectful and kind, and the self-service system is 10 out of 10. Thank you to everyone in the branch.
