Went to replace my debit card, the machine in the lobby was down, but being a Wessam Gold member I was able to go into the Wessam lounge and the Relations manager helped me to replace my card.

I have been here 3 times since its the closest to my home. Each one is a worse trauma than the previous one. So, I've decided to move from this neighborhood for my mental health.

Awful awful service. I regret the minute I stepped foot in here. The employee is ignorant of how the bank WORKS!!!!! Ahmed Aljahani made me change my previously samba credit card limit from 31 k to 500 SR in the promise of giving me a new one with same amount. What he learned late on my ACCOUNT!!!!! Is that can’t happen. I ended up with credit card limit of 500!!!!! On top of that there was no apologies from him nor the branch manager TURKI who has really bad manners. He was rude to me “a female” and gaslighting me into making it seem it’s my fault with absolutely ZERO EFFPRT to fix THEIR mistake and accountability for their actions. I hope karma gets them both.

Customer service at this branch is horrible. They never have all the kiosk fully manned. At times there is only one individual helping customers. There has been times I've waited 2 hours for service and still got nothing accomplished.

Am watining 1h40m for asking how to get visa card??? idk what is customer service that but what i know this worst bank ever seen
