When go and apply the new Credit card account. The issue me a Credit card with my wrong name. Later when I ask them to issue the new credit card with correcting my name. They tell to call customer care service. The customer care service asking me to visit the same branch. It feels me like I am applying for some scholarship, not Credit card. Literally very bad and poor service they provide.

9 months later: customer service still horrible at this branch . Representatives uninformed. Very slow. I wish “zero stars” was an option. Horrible customer service. Very slow. SABB should review the characteristics of good customer service in the banking industry. Ridiculous that a SABB advance customer has to wait 40 mins to see a teller! Also, printer services should be provided if they don’t accept electronic documents in the 21st century!

It need more well trained staff .. the order machine was out of paper and customers was waiting, unfortunately all branch saw the customers but no clue .. I asked th CS he told me wait I told him about machine he says just wait I asked him shall I wait here for bank statements he say sit. When branch ops manager come we told him I need number but there is customers before me he give them a number and he ignored me I told him it's my turn and shouted he say bank statements in the machine outside .. its not a good service I got

This is the worst Sabb branch I visited. Staff is busy with their mobile, even they can’t understand why they are there.

It's ok but they should have to learn how to talk with customer with smile and politely, Remember, You are at service point not at your home.
