Pathetic service. System always stays down or they have other reasons to decline the customers. Bank spends thousands of Riyals to elevate its services and these type of third class employees ruin everything.
Almost all the branches are lame. I recommend to avoid Branches like this. Better go Head Office Branch in Yasmeen/Olaya. Exit 11 Abdullah Rd., these branches are good.
I went there on Sunday and bank opened sharp 9:30am and I was the first coutomer, and they entertained me well, I like the bank employee behavior as well,
Account services are very slow only one banker doing all the work!
Most of the time staffs are missing Though the manager is good !
