Bad behaviour from the saudi lady staff in auto loan section ..Even though asking in a polite way she doesnt like to answer questions for someone who doing a transaction for the first time.wants the person to just go away and no one is waiting also..always on the phone...not at all professionnal. Rest of the staff was good...try to avoid her if possible
NCB is Located at Very Nice & Beautiful Location of Jeddah
The service is slow maybe because its crowded so I understand but the Employees attitude is bad and they dont speak English.
Bad manners from mr Eyad Abulfarag, not acceptable this level of cust service with NCB clients
