This is the worst bank I've ever been. The customer's service staff are rude and not knowledgeable. Also, in the women section, there was only an employee, who is serving the customers, whereas there were more than 10 customers waiting from 9:30 am till 11:30, which is unacceptable. All in all, DO NOT ever think of opining an account here, and I've already closed mine. YOU WILL THANK ME.

Been with SAMBA 5 years. This particular branch and it's employees drove me to switching to SABB. Their pre-historic online banking doesn't help either. Can you imagine having to visit a branch and fill out a form just to open a savings account, when you are ALREADY an account holder? Ridiculous.

SAMBA (Saudi American Bank) Branch in Malaz. The staff is kind and considerate. I recommend their services. The online banking + mobile phone banking app are well made and safe. Anytime there is a transaction you receive a SMS.
