Loooong waiting time - have only one teller - and he takes almost half an hour with one customer!!! Worst service…
I can’t say anything about the bank services because there isn’t a women’s section... There is a cash deposit machine and a self derive kiosk right next to the ATM machine outside the branch so it’s available outside of working hours.
I hav visited many branches of SNB and always unhappy with the service. But this is the one Branch where i came last time and today. Few words. best service and very positive attitude of teller service guy. Eventhough its lil bit far frm my home but i prefere to visit dis brsnch only bcuz of the service ans ppl

If there is an NCB Alahli branch with an excellent customer service, this is it! There is a senior branch banker named Sulaiman Mohammed Altamimi who would really go the extra mile to help out and complete the required service. May the Lord reward him and protect him. I have been to numerous branches to print out a credit card but none had helped me. If you want to print out a credit card without waiting for Aramex, this is the best branch to go.
