Poor customer service. I waited for almost an hour now! No staff around to cater our needs! They are all gone!!!!
Staffs not working and keeping customers to wait for long time to get service. Out of 4 counter only one is working...the rest 3 counters rep on seat but ...what to say..may b its their style..now its been 1 hr .. No respect for customer time... Still no change NCB TO SNB But no value for customer timing They works internals things keeping the customers.. VERG VERY BAD SERVICE
