Best Service ever, i went to activate my account and it had some problem. Wessam card, the customer service entrance to the first right gave an excellent service. i forgot to ask his name but a wonderful human being. after all those bad reviews i heard about, came out the best service in practical. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! if there is below 1 star level, ill put it ZERO star!NCB KING FAHAD BRANCH The teller had let me wait for more than an hour, and also let me come back for more than 3 times.for my car lease Until now no clear action from my transaction even though the requirements was completed from my side as per their requirements list."PLEASE IMPROVE THIS LEVEL!"
One of the official banks that the government and semi governmental enterprise use for thier employees salaries. Most of the services and offers from online markets you can't get unless you've NCB account. The customer service level is a little bit less than good, but it's somehow acceptable.
The worst bank and customer service. Very bad attitude.?
