Visited to update an account.. waited too long. Til staff Ms Dema ( incharged with real estate ) asked me what I need cause she noticed me standing long time already with my son (2 yrs old). I told her what i need and without hesitation she did what i need as fast as she can even this is not her work... she is so nice and friendly and serving me best way. Thank you so much to her and may all bank staff be like her.
The female employees are extremely rude and disrespectful sweetie you work in customer service like I don’t get it!!!!!!
