I think their objective is how to get rid of you as soon as possible. I went there three times and I haven't achieved anything so far.
They have given timing in google maps that they are open on Saturdays. But it’s closed
The service is faster than other branches as they have many counters. The staff is also quite friendly. The location is very easily accessible and also the parking, which is on the left side of the building, is available most of the times.
This lady at the customer service speaks in arabic so if you ask her the number she wont recall it in English. And is not following the teller numbers Very unprofessional and disgusting service. Has an horrible attitude. Does not change numbers on the screen.
