The bank timing written on the door is 9am to 12pm on Saturday. But I came here for two consecutive Saturdays to find out that they are closed. The guard inside told me to come tomorrow. This is really a big inconvenience. I hate this.
Very poor customer service only 1 available customer service agent in a peak hour of 10am… too many clients only 1 person serving the clients… ??
