The worst customer experience I have ever had with a bank. Only two employees serving many customers waiting in line. I had to wait 1 hour for my last two visits. They are clearly understaffed!
do not go there if you care about your time and money they are useless under staffed bank and they let you wait in line standing for an hour just to wait another 30 mins upstairs Understaffed Overloaded 0 care about you concerns
Customer service is very poor. I came at 9:30AM to open an account, but they sent me back home to open it myself online. When I came back to receive my banking card, they told me that the machine is down, so I had to drive to the other branch. I mean they could have told me that the machine wasn’t working when I first came. My time was wasted as I spent my entire morning driving back and forth.
