Very bad service , late and always the system is down. I don’t know why they still open . Also the employees are not helpful. I don’t recommend this bank at all.

Update: 2 weeks later and I still can't get a new card printed as a replacement for my expired car. They care that you keep your account open but they don't care that you can't use it. Does anyone even work at this branch? Always something's wrong with their systems or missing essential services.

Disrespectful, and unprofessional way to treat the agents, earlier today I tried to activate my account, and the person who is in the agent service asked me what bring me in the branch. I was about to answer his question and he interrupted me by talking with other employee. Later when I got the chance to speak he requests my ID. He start reading my family name out loud and looking at me. Then he said we can’t activate your account here, since you already tried to do so in ash shati branch 2 weeks ago. Which is another failure from the bank to facilitate good service for the agents. Later he explained the reason why he can’t help:” the manager of the ash shati branch has a ‘cc’ mailed in your case thus I would not be able to see your case and help with it, you have to drive to them and they will update you. 1- if you ask an agent a question be quiet and listen. Don’t interrupt disrespectfully. ( respect) 2- all the branches can manage and do/ deal with the same potential and technical issues and fix them. Otherwise I have to go to Jubail the first branch I opened up my account in. (Professional). ! The person was sitting in the first partition on the left with no badge. My visitation to the bank was at 9:40

The worst service ever. They don’t care about their customers and they ignore you most of the time and play with their phones and chat with each other.
