Very slow and incompetent service! The ladies section is a total disaster and the only one who's doing a decent job is the door lady! There are 6 ladies before me and 7 after me and yet only one desk is in operation at the moment! It took an hour to get to my turn and the branch is only getting busier!
SNB is one of the worst banks in Saudi, there is no way that you wait over 2 hours to update your info just because the application doesn't work :)
Very slow customer service like walking turtle ,4 counters & only one customer finish every 30 minute
Very rude and unprofessional staff in the ladies branch non of them work spend most of the time having personal conversations while serving customers!!!
