Good bank, especially the Wissam Al Ahli service, but waiting for customer service support can take like ever.
It’s really disappointing. Branch this big and only one guy serving us as a customer service. NCB need big improvement.
Very bad bank, 2 weeks now they closed my account without notice, and now i cannot access my money. Each time they say system problem and no more help.
The location is good but busy. Limited parking in front of the bank and on the curb along main road. However there is a paid parking area close by. The customer service and tellers are located on the first floor. The customer service is pretty slow and lazy. Make sure you have tons of time before going.
I'm almost about to get rid of this ancient, backwards, messy bank for good. That alone is a struggle. NCB logo should change to "serving a single customer only"
