Good and fast service. Note: kindly pay attention while signing the documents. What happened going to get new account open .. but staff is trying to sell credit card and put the form with account open and asking us to sign. Beware about this activity, just don't sign the papers. Without knowingly about the credit card they indirectly taking sign on credit card documents.

Worst bank I have ever seen. Irresponsive and unprofessional customer care. Rows to wait. English version of the branch phone automatic infromer in broken and bank personnel is not responding to the phone. Personnel foolboling you from one bank representative to another. Aside from general misberavior they blocked my whole account because of a small amount transfer from a guy who had a cash transfer dispute with another guy. No case follow up by the bank, miscommunication inside the bank. Problem yet not solved.

Zero star, Worst bank I have ever seen. Unprofessional customer care. Present staff don't have manners how to speak. Simple transfer took 10 days to get credited that too after multiple visits personally.

Today I visit sabb for updating my id and I meet one Mr.Eid he gave the fantastic customer service. and I really appreciated his work Thanks a lot
