Ridiculously lazy, downright disrespectful and annoyingly slow. Waited for an hour just to pick up a DHL package and even for a small package they asked me so many questions.

Unfortunately my worst experience ever in Germany as a client. Since I moved to Germany nothing so bad and so humiliating happened to me. Today I came here to send a package, and as I arrived I asked to a middle aged blonde lady if she could speak in English. She started to speak German very fast and she seemed super annoyed by me even if I had just arrived. After a few, a colleague spoke to me in English (why didn't she do it before?) and at that moment the lady said "we are in Deutschland!" And continue to shake my package and yell at me. So I just left the office with my package. It was very humiliating and uncomfortable, and never happened to me to have such a racist treatment. None of the colleagues react, nobody said anything, it was shocking.
