I went to this Postbank branch last week to verify my identity for my Lidl SIM card. I only interacted with one employee, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. She was rude from the start, didn’t try to understand me when I explained that I don’t speak German well, and acted annoyed just because I asked for help. What made it worse is that she turned her face away and said something in German that ended with “Ausländer” — in a clearly negative and disrespectful tone. That moment made me feel humiliated, unwelcome, and discriminated against. Even if someone doesn’t speak the language well, they still deserve basic respect and human decency — especially in a public service role. I hope Postbank takes this seriously and ensures employees are trained to treat all people with professionalism, no matter their language or background.

I started going to this post office after the branch at Hermannplatz closed. It is super here! The line moves quickly and efficiently even during the busy time and the staff are very friendly. It's also very clean both inside and out so that's also nice. Definitely a great post office!

Slow and Painful. Ever since they closed the Alt Buckow postal office the lines here have gotten out of control and sometimes reach put the door. They are old, bored, and carefree with zero sense of urgency while people waste hours of their time waiting for service that should take minutes.

Absolute worst post office. They are not helpful at all and no one there understand English. They are rude, and lack costumer service, they don’t even try to understand and help you. They get mad at you for even coming in, and for asking questions. Worst experience ever, and it was the same experience last time I was there. They don’t even communicate with their co workers. don’t even deserve one star. Look at who you hire. Old Karens.
