In my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend the service at this branch. My appointment was only confirmed after several emails, and then the employee didn't even keep the appointment. I wasn't notified of the cancellation or anything else, so the trip of almost 60 km to the branch was completely wasted. I've been a customer for years, but this isn't what I call customer service.

In this age of digital (Q&A) or telephone (telephone banking) support services, nothing beats a face-to-face visit. And that worked perfectly at the Postbank branch on Zeltinger Platz in Frohnau/Berlin. The very courteous and knowledgeable woman there immediately helped me with a direct debit reversal and blocking the associated creditor ID. She also corrected incorrect information I had received from the hotline. I've also received prompt assistance with closing a savings account in the past. Thank you very much! Bernd Aufdembrinke

A catastrophic situation for customers. Long queues and broken deposit machines. How fortunate that Postbank has seamlessly adopted the bad habits of Deutsche "Bank." A desert of service, "broken" deposit machines with which Deutsche "Bank" / Postbank wants to force people to give up cash. Many branches in Reinickendorf were closed without replacement, deposit machines were removed, and the "opening hours" of the self-service terminals were "opened" to an unbearable extent with incredibly flimsy reasons. Now I'd like to get straight to the point. After several unsuccessful trips to the almost permanently broken deposit machines in Tegel, I gave up. 1-0 to Deutsche Bank. Since I still wanted/needed to deposit this unspeakably evil cash from business income into my account, I drove another 30 minutes to the Postbank deposit machine in Frohnau. Now guess what... anyone who thinks bad things just because this ONE machine was also broken is a scoundrel. What now? Okay, 2-0 for Deutsche Bank
