Absolutely the most unreliable and unprofessional banking experience I’ve ever had. I applied for a personal loan and was promised over the phone that it would be approved within two weeks. No written breakdown. No explanation of interest rates. No proper email communication. Just empty assurances. The loan officer kept calling me every 10–15 minutes asking for documents, showing a complete lack of coordination and professionalism. I submitted everything requested, including a GS certificate, and was still told they needed to physically visit my home to file a “field report” to confirm my permanent residence. Completely unnecessary and outdated. The process dragged on for over a month with constant delays, new excuses, and false approval dates that never materialized. What’s worse? They aggressively pushed and processed a credit card for me within a week — without delay — yet somehow the personal loan kept “pending.” That clearly shows where their priorities lie. Customer service at this branch needs improvement. Staff lacked proper knowledge during the account opening process and did not recheck submitted forms carefully. Professionalism during banking hours was also lacking. I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer experience.

They don't help tourists especially tourists who need help because they have broken ribs. The man is back to his seat while I'm writing my reviews, just ignoring le. They're not human at all.

Expect to spend a good portion of your day at the bank. Even cashing out check seem like the most lucrative thing here. Given all the documentation for online banking but yet no luck. Online banking is not a luxury it’s the standard. If you’re an entrepreneur and wants to spend most of your days in line for mediocre and mundane tasks. Go with NDB

Last visit Aug 2022. Easy Access to the building. Very small branch. No Cash Deposit Machine. Cheque deposit only a box available. Typical service for a bank. Parking is available both in front and on the Marine drive. These days bit cautious since the next door is a Fuel Station, sudden Q can be formed while you were in the bank, to be safe better park on the marine drive.
