I have been disappointed with the service at this NDB Bank branch many times. Whenever I visit to get something done, there is always no staff available for the service I need. This has happened repeatedly. Even when a staff member is absent, they don’t assign or replace someone, and customers are left waiting without any support. It’s very frustrating to face the same issue over and over again. I hope the management seriously looks into improving staffing and customer service.
So slow, they should manage the available resources to cater customers. very poor service, doubt weather the available manager is managing the operation efficiently.
