The Bambalapitiya branch is also at the same location, but the contact number and branch details are not available anywhere on the NDB website. I had to visit several nearby branches just to find the correct one. The staff were not very welcoming, and I had to keep asking questions to ensure the service was properly completed. They also missed checking certain information, which resulted in another visit to a different branch to finish the remaining work. Overall, not a satisfactory experience.
