Extremely poor service. Average wait time to get a simple task such as opening a savings account will take around 1.5 hours. Staff is afraid of talking to their seniors and get things done. Manager doesn't know what the heck he is talking about. Giving false information.

I just received my first credit from HNB and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Venessa throughout the entire process. She did an excellent job, making everything seamless and hassle-free. She explained all the details clearly and patiently, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate her outstanding service!

Extremely good at wasting customers time. Poor support, Not providing the correct information in one go. People who work there also doesn't have any clue what is going on. Waited around two hours to get a single savings account opening done. Overall very poor service. Worst HNB outlet

Just opened a new account, the girl who assisted me Ms. Chamindi was really helpful. Very satisfied with the efficiency of her and the other staff of HNB WTC branch. They did everything real soon and I got my work done within a very short period of time. I am glad that I opened an account in HNB, as their customer service is 10/10. Also can say I've never experienced this much of a friendly service in any other bank.

Ground floor itself located. Very convenient. Staffs are good.
