This is approved bank by CBSL. Convenient place for banking and friendly staff. Inside and outside of the bank is well organized with good appearance. 365 days banking available. Vehicle parking facilities are available for more vehicles. ATM machines also available here. This is located very closely to highlevel road.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Today, I wished to withdraw my Fixed Deposit and transfer funds to another bank. Upon entering the bank around 2:45 PM, I was met with the utmost kindness and assistance from Mr. Sandaruwan and the staff members. They efficiently completed the task in a remarkably short time. I highly appreciate their assistance.

I initially did not plan to bank with NDB but received a life time free card for IT professionals from NDB, then received some great card offers and started using the card. I have been getting good service from the bank and I became interested in banking more with NDB. I visited the Havelock Town branch and I was immediately served with no waiting time by cash officer Ms. Dilushi Jayasekera who patiently explained about the products of the bank in detail including the different types of savings accounts, FDs, Forex accounts, the purpose of each, limitation and benefits as well as the elevate and privilege program of the bank. I opened the bank account then and there (she filled all the necessary documents with me only having to place my signature) and all the while, expained to me about the future direction of the bank and the branch including the new privilege center coming to Havelock Town as well as the 365 day banking at the branch, concluding that even without the privilege progr

The branch staff and management has to be more customer oriented and support business people trying to open an business account. It is with utmost disappointed that I write this as my search on Google was indicating that NDB was the best bank in Sri Lanka. However, this branch seems to be tarnishing their reputation with poor service and demeaning conduct.
