Good place to bank. Located to very closely to kirula road and there are parking facility available front of bank on within the bank premise. Banking hours 9 am to 6 pm for every week days and Saturday also open upto 1 pm. ATM also available with lanka pay facility. Mostly quite and not crowded lot of time and very easy to banking works.
The ATM that allows expats to withdraw money without the additional charges of LKR 400, which other bank ATMs charge. Mostly quite and not crowded. I have always been able to withdraw without having to wait in a queue.
Service is extremely slow! If you're unable to manage the work load consider about opening the second counter, without trying to serve all in one cash counter
Excellent polite and helpful service by the young gentleman at the customer service desk. Good marketing of bank products.
