Need improvement , should be shifted towards full internet banking
Poor branding, you can not find it even if you are standing in front of it, worst management, AC not working, unpleasnet smell in the hall, parking facility is also bad, overall bad experience, disappointed sadly
Extremely irresponsible staff, the employee named as Abbas sitting besides Branch manager office is actually a shame for NBP. Recently I went there to get my cheque cashed and he was busy in doing some personal stuff and customers were standing there looking at each other. I waited for 3 hours and when it was time he said sorry the signatures don't match (he lied) because it worked in other NBP branch.
I should give even one star
